This item is a late 19th-century (Qing dynasty) Chinese ceramic wine or soy sauce jug. It features a dark brown "Henan" glaze and features a small, distinct spout for pouring and a wider central opening on its top (no plug). Jar measures about 7 inches wide.

Condition: Very nice overall but does have a lip chip on the underside of the top fill hole (see photo). There are also numerous surface imperfections that are due to the manufacturing process.
