BIG FOOT DISPLAY BASES FOR 3-3/4" G.I. JOES

If you've been looking for a custom/heavy-duty base for your 3-3/4" G.I. Joe figures, you've just found it. As a 3-3/4" Joe figure collector myself, I wanted a better display base for my own Joe's, something better than those flimsy original plastic bases. I started making display bases for my own figures and I am now offering them for sale to other collectors. If you have some Joe's that are worthy of a better display base, check out my bases, I think you'll like them.

NOTE: Not all 3-3/4" Joe foot holes have the exact same internal dimensions. My bases are designed to fit Joe figures dating from 1982 to 1990 and will fit nearly all figures in that date range. Using my bases on figures dating from 1991 onward will be hit and miss due to factory design changes in the foot holes. Some 1991 and newer figures will fit and some will not.

CAUTION: When placing the figures foot on the base pin, just press the foot down until it is snug. Do not force the foot all the way down if it becomes overly tight feeling, as you may break/crack the foot. Some 3-3/4" Joes are now 44 years old, and the ABS plastic used in the 1980's figures have gotten brittle over the years (so use caution).

Note: Even the factory plastic bases that originally came packaged with the 1980's figures (and also the cheap plastic display bases currently coming out of China) will break a foot if care is not taken.

The foot pin diameter on my bases is less than the factory bases (less stress on the foot hole).
