This is a vintage 1977 Mego Micronauts Baron Karza action figure, a black robot toy featuring magnetic limbs and interchangeable parts.

The figure is known for being partly inspired by Darth Vader, despite preceding the Star Wars toy line.

It was originally released as part of the Micronauts franchise by Mego, based on the Japanese Steel Jeeg toy line.
