This card is from a Fleer card company Franz Bread BLAZERS promo card set from 1993. The card features Portland Trail Blazers player Larry Steele and is number 18 of 20. These cards came packaged in loaves of Franz bread. This card has been hand signed by Larry Steele on the face.
