This is a vintage Kenner Star Wars Tauntaun action figure from The Empire Strikes Back. This figure has the "closed belly" and was produced in 1979 in Hong Kong. No saddle.

Condition: Very nice. No yellowing. Firm joints. No chips. Spring door on the back is fine.
